To remove the viruses and spyware all you need is 2 simple and 100% free programs. The programs are called avast anti virus and super anti spyware. With these 2 programs it is nearly impossible to get a virus or some spyware.

How to get Avast

To get avast just go to http://www.avast.com/en-gb/index and click on download under free download and you will have this software completely free with no trial.

So to get avast free you have to:
1. go to http://www.avast.com/en-gb/index

2. click download under free download.

3. It will come up with an offer to upgrade. CLICK on No thanks, I want free protection or wait for the offer to close.

4. It will bring you to cnet.com where you press download.

5. go through the setup and install the avast.

How to get Super Anti Spyware

To get super anti spyware free you do the same as getting avast free.
Go to http://www.superantispyware.com/ and do what |I tell you next.

So to get Super Anti Spyware you have to:

1. Go to http://www.superantispyware.com/.

2. Click Free edition or Portable edition depending on how many computers you want it on.

3. Then the software will download automatically.

4. Then go through the setup and install the software.
